The reading campaign in the Czech Republic is conducted by the organization Celé Česko čte dětem o. p. s.

In Lithuania the reading campaign is implemented by the Mažojo Princo Fondas (The Little Prince Foundation).

The organization Celé Slovensko číta deťom conducts the reading campaign in Slovakia. In June 2012, they celebrated the National Week of Reading to Children.

The reading campaign in Ukraine is conducted by Ukrainian Research Center of Children’s and Youth Literature (URCCYL). The organization modeled its activity on the Polish campaign "All of Poland Reads to Kids". „All of Ukraine Reads to Kids” Project was founded in 2015 by Ms. Ulyana Baran .
